Who We Are?
LetMeCode is the brainchild of Rania Faisal, a Computer Science student who is incredibly passionate about understanding the world through the lens of technology. An ardent activist, Rania has always dreamt of an equal, inclusive, and tolerant society and eliminating gender disparities. She believes that differences in women’s and men’s access to resources, status and well-being, which usually favour men and are often institutionalised through law, justice and social norms.
This gender disparity is alarming, especially in STEM education and careers which are referred to as the jobs of the future, driving innovation, social wellbeing, inclusive growth and sustainable development.

Rania Faisal is supported by Board of Advisors, the Presidents of Rotary Club and Women Chamber of Commerce Islamabad in her mission to eliminate gender disparity in technology. Together through LetMeCode, they are creating stronger pathways for girls and women to progress in Tech. education and careers to close broader gaps in workforce participation, pay and leadership.

Our Vision
LetMeCode envisions to provide every talented girl a chance at a tech career, regardless of her financial background. Our unique bridge approach (both financially & administratively) connecting these girls and academic institutions allows us buildPakistan’s next generation of women in tech.
How do we operate?
We handle all financial and administrative aspects of tech education for selected cohorts –so that they can focus purely on learning. Our role is to bridge qualified candidates with quality education. LetMeCode operates in a transparent way following the corporate governance rules for financial and administrative functions. Every penny entrusted to LetMeCode is spent diligently on providing Tech skills to the best candidates selected in a transparent way.
